It might sound silly, but not many people know how to properly stretch. Most people rarely stretch after a run or workout. Stretching should be incorporated into every  workout. If you only have an hour to lift, you should set aside at least 10 – 15 minutes to properly stretch post workout.

It can be difficult for a person with a disability to get the necessary exercise to keep healthy, for a variety of reasons. A person may feel their disability means they just cannot exercise.

Or perhaps they may lack access to appropriate equipment or skilled trainers, or they may feel reluctant to exercise in public.

Personal training can give those with a disability the tailored assistance they require to meet their fitness objectives. Our trainers will analyse your requirements and create a safe and effective fitness plan for you.

Personal trainers provide support, inspiration and motivation, which can help keep you on course even when progress feels impossible. We often find that individuals lacking in confidence feel more confident and independent after engaging with personal training, and we love to see it happen!

My training videos are dedicated to educating or instructing viewers on specific exercise topics such as weight training, stretching, body building, calisthenics, weight loss exercises to name but a few and teach skills or share knowledge that will help and add to your fitness goals and objectives. One benefit of using my workout videos is that they keep you from getting bored with the same workout routine as there are many different types of workouts to choose from. You can easily change your workout routine as often as you like.
